The Founder’s Dilemmas

I was visiting Boston recently and Noam Wasserman – author of the bestselling book “The Founder’s Dilemmas: Anticipating and Avoiding the Pitfalls That Can Sink a Startup” and professor at Harvard Business School – agreed to do an interview. “The Founder’s Dilemmas” contains three-dozen “inside” case studies and data on 10,000 founders and about what they do (and often do incorrectly) and guidance on how to prepare for the startup journey. There is great advice, information, and perspective across the whole marathon read. Grab a snack, get a drink, and take breaks when you need to. If you prefer your information in 140-character bursts, follow Noam at @noamwass on Twitter. He also has a lot of great information on his blog, noamwasserman.com. Buckle up and come along for the ride.
