I was visiting Boston recently and Noam Wasserman – author of the bestselling book “The Founder’s Dilemmas: Anticipating and Avoiding the Pitfalls That Can Sink a Startup” and professor at Harvard Business School – agreed to do an interview. “The Founder’s Dilemmas” contains three-dozen “inside” case studies and data on 10,000 founders and about what they do (and often do incorrectly) and guidance on how to prepare for the startup journey.
